Even after I mentioned we couldn't locate any proof of purchase, he still walked me through a few more options. His replies were always prompt, professional, and polite. Eventually, we managed to dig up our Amazon order number, and they’re now sending me a replacement unit under warranty. I was really impressed with the support I received. Regarding the air cleaner, we liked it so much that we decided to grab another one for our basement.
